Connection with other humans is not a luxury. It's critical.

You don't need to be outgoing. You don't need a plus one. You just need somewhere to turn up — and 90% of us walked into our first one not knowing a soul.

Where we help

Our 3 confidence pillars.

Confidence isn't a personality trait you either got or didn't. It's the thing quietly deciding what you do and don't do — socially, physically, and in your own head.

Be in the right rooms. With people who help you grow.

Most of what holds people back socially isn't shyness — it's rehearsing. We close the gap between what you think and what you actually say.

  • Walk into a room on your own without needing a reason to be there
  • Have the conversation you've been drafting in your head for months
  • Ask for the role, the pay rise, the opportunity — without apologising for it
  • Make actual friends as an adult, which nobody tells you how to do

Do more. Feel more.

Confidence and your body aren't separate projects. What you're willing to try physically, and how you feel in your own skin doing it, move together.

  • Turn up to the class, the club, the group — as a beginner, in front of people
  • Stop waiting until you're fitter or more prepared to start
  • Build a routine that holds up on a bad week, not just a good one
  • Use movement as evidence, because doing hard things teaches you that you do hard things
See what's on →

Change how you talk to yourself.

You've been having the same internal conversation for years. It shapes every decision you make, and most people have never once examined it.

  • Catch the beliefs you've mistaken for facts, and take them apart
  • Speak to yourself the way you'd speak to someone you like
  • Make a decision and then actually stand behind it
  • Feel steadier on the days when nothing external has changed

90%

Most people came alone.

Nine in ten of us came to our first event without knowing anyone in the room. Everyone stood in that doorway once and felt exactly what you're feeling. The awkward bit lasts about four minutes, and then it doesn't.

How it works

Turn up once. The rest gets easier.

Being sociable isn't a personality type, it's a thing you get better at by doing. Here's the whole process.

Step one

Turn up to a free one

Coffee Club or Co-Working. No ticket, no sign-up, no cost. Come alone — most people do, and we'll introduce you.

Step two

Come back and be a regular

The second time is always easier than the first, because now you know two faces. That's the whole trick.

Step three

Notice you've changed

A few months in, going somewhere on your own stops being the brave thing you did that week. That's confidence, and you built it by turning up.

From the regulars

What people say after the first one.

Not "it was lovely" — what they were dreading, and what actually happened.

★★★★★

"I sat in the car for ten minutes working out whether I was going in. I stayed four hours, laughed more than I have in months, and left with two new numbers in my phone."

★★★★★

"I moved here knowing two people, both from work. There are now five of us who do Sunday mornings together and I couldn't tell you when that happened."

★★★★★

"I used to talk myself out of going to things on my own. Last month I booked a class by myself without even thinking about it."

No membership, no tiers

The club is free.

There's nothing to subscribe to and no members-only anything. Turn up as often or as rarely as you like.

  • Coffee Club every month — rotating cafés, no ticket, walk in
  • Co-Working Club every Thursday — free, dog friendly, quiet rooms for calls
  • The WhatsApp community, where the spontaneous plans actually happen
  • The Confidence Hub — exercises, challenges and mindset tools, all free
  • Ticketed nights when we do something bigger, priced to cover the room

The free things stay free. Tickets exist because rooftops, studios and supper clubs cost money — never to unlock something the regulars get and you don't.

The bit you're actually wondering about

But what if I'm awkward?

Will I be the only one on my own?

No. Around 90% of people come to their first one alone, and the ones who bring a friend usually wish they hadn't, because they end up talking to each other. Tell me when you arrive and I'll introduce you to two people. That's the job.

Is it really free, or is there a catch?

Really free. Coffee Club, Co-Working, the WhatsApp community and the Confidence Hub cost nothing and there's nothing to sign up to. The bigger nights are ticketed because venues, food and studios have to be paid for, and there's 1:1 coaching if you ever want it. That's the whole model.

What if everyone already knows each other?

Some people do — they've been coming a while. That's the point of a club rather than a one-off. But there are new faces at basically every event, and the regulars are regulars precisely because they remember exactly how the first one felt.

Am I too old / too young for this?

The room is mostly late twenties to mid forties, with a good spread either side. It's people who want conversation rather than a big night out, which turns out not to be an age thing.

Do I have to drink?

No, and plenty don't. Half of what we run is coffee, yoga, walking or co-working. Even at the parties there's no pressure and nobody notices what's in your glass.

Do I need to be into wellness or "do the work"?

Not remotely. Come for the pizza night and never go to a mindset talk — that's a completely normal way to be part of this. The growth stuff is there if you want it and invisible if you don't.

What if I book and then bottle it?

Message me and I'll move your ticket to the next one. It happens more than you'd think and it's completely fine. I'd rather you came to the right one than forced yourself to the wrong one.

The first one is the only hard one.

And it's free, so the worst possible outcome is a coffee with some nice people you never see again.

Come for the people. Some stay for the other bit — if the pattern you keep noticing isn't just about your social life, there's the Confidence Reset too. Six weeks, one to one, starting with a free 30-minute call.
