One to one · 6 weeks
In six weeks you'll have achieved more than you ever imagined.
The conversation you've been avoiding. The promotion you haven't gone for. The room you keep not walking into. Six weeks, one to one, built around your actual life.
What it's actually for
What changes when you stop holding back.
Nobody wants confidence for its own sake. They want what it gets them — the conversation, the invitation, the run they used to talk themselves out of. Here's where it shows up.
Be in the right rooms.
Walking into a room can be genuinely frightening — but usually because your brain has already written the scene, and it always writes a bad one. We unpick that, so you turn up as yourself instead of the version bracing for impact.
- Walk into a room on your own without needing a reason to be there
- Have the conversation you've been drafting in your head for months
- Ask for the pay rise, the role, the opportunity — without apologising for it
- Say no in one sentence instead of a paragraph, and not resent it all week
- Make actual friends as an adult, which nobody tells you how to do
Do more. Feel more.
Confidence and your body aren't separate projects. What you're willing to try physically, and how you feel in your own skin doing it, moves together.
- Turn up to the class, the club, the group — as a beginner, in front of people
- Stop waiting until you're fitter, smaller or more prepared to start
- Feel at home in your body rather than managing it
- Build a routine that holds up on a bad week, not just a good one
- Use movement as evidence, because doing hard things teaches you that you do hard things
Change how you talk to yourself.
You've been having the same internal conversation for years. It shapes every decision you make, and most people have never once examined it.
- Catch the beliefs you've mistaken for facts, and take them apart
- Speak to yourself the way you'd speak to someone you like
- Make a decision and then actually stand behind it
- Stop measuring yourself against a version of you that doesn't exist
- Feel steadier on the days when nothing external has changed
What we work on
Most people arrive with one of these.
You don't need to know which one, or to have it neatly worded, before you book. But if you're wondering whether your thing counts — it probably looks something like this.
Confidence and self-esteem
Where it actually comes from, and why waiting to feel ready never works.
Imposter syndrome
The gap between what you've done and what you'll let yourself take credit for.
Identity — working out who you are now
When the version of you that everyone knows stopped being the current one.
Confidence at work and in your career
Speaking up in the room, asking for the thing, and backing your own judgement.
Social confidence and making friends as an adult
Why it got harder after thirty, and what actually helps.
Limiting beliefs and mindset
The thoughts you've mistaken for facts, and how to take them apart.
Motivation and procrastination
Usually not a motivation problem. We'll work out what it is instead.
Boundaries and people-pleasing
What you keep saying yes to, and what it's quietly costing you.
Stress and burnout
Spotting it earlier, and building a life that doesn't keep producing it.
Nothing here is a separate programme. The six weeks below are the same shape whatever you bring — we just point them at your thing.
Inside the six weeks
What actually happens in the sessions.
A clear arc, not a curriculum. Six weeks, each one moving you a step closer, each one ending with something real to show for it.
Get specific about the goal
Vague goals don't move anyone. We name exactly what you want, in terms you could actually see happening.
Find what you believe about yourself
The thoughts you've mistaken for facts. We trace where they came from and put the real evidence next to them.
Map what's around you
Confidence isn't only internal. Your habits, people and the rooms you avoid all shape what feels possible.
Unblock it
The technical week — reframing, graded exposure and rehearsal, so the fear reduces through practice, not willpower.
Do the thing
In the diary, with a date. No moment of deciding left to lose. We plan for it going badly, too.
Make it stick
We look back at everything you've done that you'd previously have talked yourself out of. Then build the next 90 days.
Your brain is built to overweight threat
Negative experiences are encoded more strongly than positive ones. That's not a flaw in you — it's why confidence needs deliberate work rather than positive thinking.
Repetition, not willpower
The fear response to a situation reduces through repeated, manageable exposure. Which is why every week ends with something you actually do, not just something you understood.
Evidence beats encouragement
Self-belief is built mainly from your own track record of doing hard things. So the whole six weeks is designed to generate that record, deliberately.
And between the sessions
You're not on your own for six days out of seven. You can message me between sessions — before the conversation, after the thing went sideways, or at 9pm when you've talked yourself out of something and want someone to talk you back into it. That's the part that actually makes it work.
The other side
What life looks like after the reset.
Not a different personality. The same you, minus the pause before you do things. Here's what that tends to look like six weeks on.
You say the thing, first try
The conversation you'd have rehearsed for a week now just happens — in the meeting, on the date, with the friend you'd gone quiet on.
You stop waiting for ready
You walk into the room, the class, the application before you feel prepared — because you've got six weeks of proof that ready was never the requirement.
The inner voice gets quieter
The running commentary that used to talk you out of things is still there — it just doesn't get the final word anymore.
It keeps compounding
Every "did it anyway" becomes evidence for the next one. Confidence stops being something you're waiting to feel and becomes something you can point to.
Client stories.
"I've tried therapy, books, courses. Nothing stuck the way this has. Having a clear structure and someone genuinely invested made me actually do the work."
"I came in not knowing what I needed. I left with a plan, a coach who gets me, and more momentum than I've had in years."

The Confidence Reset is a paid six-week programme. Coaching isn't therapy — if what you need is clinical, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
