The Confidence Kit

Stop waiting to feel confident. Start collecting evidence.

Seven practical exercises built on the same method behind The Confidence Reset and the 21-Day Boost — Notice, Reframe, Move, Evidence. Use them to see what's actually holding you back, then do something about it.

Your confidence isn't something you find.

It's something you build through awareness, evidence and action — the same Confidence Cycle we teach inside every MKC programme. You don't need to complete everything today. Choose the exercise that feels most relevant and come back whenever you're ready.

💾 Heads up: everything you write is saved to this browser only, on this device. If you switch devices, clear your cookies, or come back on your phone instead of your laptop, it won't be there — so it's worth screenshotting or copying out anything you want to keep.

New here? Start with Flip the Belief (Part Two). It takes about 5 minutes and it's the one people say hits hardest — it's the exact "So What?" framework we use live in Week Two of the Boost.

A little thank you

Part one

Understand where you are.

Before you can change something, you need to see it clearly. This is "Notice" — step one of the Confidence Cycle.

Score each area out of ten as it is right now — not as you'd like it to be.

Which score surprised you?
If one area went up by two points, which would improve the others most?
Which area have you been ignoring the longest, and why?
One thing you'll do about it this week
Small. Specific. This week, not one day.
🔴 In the Boost: this is Week One — "See." We do this live as a group, then set your first Confidence Rep off the back of it.

Tap every word that matters to you. Don't overthink it — go on instinct. Then narrow it down to five.

Nothing picked yet
Your five
Which of these five is your life currently ignoring?
Where are you saying yes to things that go against them?

Write to yourself as you'll be in twelve months. Write it in the past tense — you did it, not you will.

Dear me, a year from now —
What's the very first thing that version of you did?
Start there.

Part two

Rewire what's holding you back.

This is "Reframe" — step two of the Confidence Cycle. Confidence gets stuck when we treat old thoughts as facts.

A limiting belief is a thought you've mistaken for a fact. Write down the ones you catch yourself repeating, then take them apart using the same "So What?" framework we teach live in the Boost.

The belief
Where did it come from?
Evidence against
The flip
"I'm not the sort of person who walks into a room on their own."
One bad experience years ago.
You've done it successfully since.
"It's uncomfortable for five minutes. I can handle five minutes."
Which one of these costs you the most?
The "So What?" test
Take the worst outcome you're imagining and ask "so what?" until you reach the actual consequence.
🔴 In the Boost: this is Week Two — "Shift." We run this live on the group's real beliefs, out loud, in real time.

Same person, same starting point, five years from now. The only difference is what you did about it.

Life one

Nothing changes. You keep holding back in exactly the ways you do now. What does life look like?

Life two

You did the uncomfortable things. Not perfectly — but you started. What does life look like?

The gap between those two lives is one decision repeated. What is it?
🔴 Same name, same tool: this is the exact Two Lives Exercise we use in Week Two of the Boost — you're not getting a watered-down version.

Part three

Turn insight into action.

This is "Move" and "Evidence" — the final two steps. Confidence doesn't come from thinking about doing something. It comes from doing it.

One small challenge a week — think of each one as a Confidence Rep. After each one, write down what went well, what didn't, and that you survived it.

Twelve weeks in — what can you do now that you couldn't in week one?
The one you were most dreading — what actually happened?
🔴 In the Boost: we call these Confidence Reps — one big one each week, live and supported, instead of twelve on your own.
The one thing you're doing this week
Put a date next to it. An intention without a date is a wish.
And who you're going to tell about it
Saying it out loud makes it much harder to quietly back out.
🔴 In the Boost and Reset: this becomes your Evolving Confidence Plan — what to keep, start, stop and do next, built with support instead of alone.
When you're ready
